My husband is doing wonderful. He finished his therapy this week he received his certificate of completion. Yes, he completed this therapy much more earlier than they expected. His surgeon though said he would not release him completely until 16 wks which will be the first of October. This is through God's grace and prayer that he has done so well he can lift up to 100 pounds again with that arm.
Our little man he is still doing wonderful it was six weeks yesterday since his surgery. He has done remarkable much, much better than I ever dream he would do. He can gradually move back to his normal activities he enjoys doing. He bought a new bicycle a couple of weeks ago, but has not been able to ride it yet.
My God was with us through it all and he was so gracious to walk all the way with us. I remember a little saying that has never left me..."This to will pass". Sometimes we think how much more what more could we possible go through on this earth. I am reminded that Christ suffer so much more than any of us ever will.
I Peter 3:18
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
ISAIAH 26:3
THOU WILT KEEP HIM IN PERFECT PEACE, WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON THEE: BECAUSE HE TRUSTETH IN THEE.
THOU WILT KEEP HIM IN PERFECT PEACE, WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON THEE: BECAUSE HE TRUSTETH IN THEE.

My hubby is so proud of his little garden we planted in the back yard. We also have a larger garden at my parent's house. This was the first year we planted vegetables in our yard. We just planted tomatoes and cucumbers. Mother and I canned 15 quarts of pickles in earlier July. But the tomatoes at our house did so much better most are at least one pound. Although, this one grew to be two pounds. Here are some pictures of it. See how the slice of bread is smaller than the tomato.
I just wanted to continue to thank all family and friends for all their prayers. Our son Kenny is just doing so very well. I am so thankful for what OUR LOVING SAVIOR did for him. You know we have always been told Kenny had an enlarge heart and a valve problem. The fact was our son had a massive right atrium. Some day if you have time I would love to show you the ex-rays you would just be amazed. We even heard the doctors say they thought the results of his surgery was just fantastic. The fact is the child had a weight lifted off his chest. One he felt was normal. I could tell a difference in the size of the child's chest immediately after the surgery. He was told he would have more energy and be able to eat better (yes gain weight). The tricuspid valve that needed corrected was repaired which many times when having surgery on a valve it ends up be replaced with mechanical or etc. Continue praying for his recovery that his body will heal completely.
My hubby is doing much better. He is really ready to get back to normal. The cast he is so ready to get rid of, but he have to wear it for at least two more weeks. He is still on light duty at work. Yes, these last two months have really been overwhelming. A church sign I read today read--- Life is an uphill battle climb it on your knees.
