Edit: She's a girl we confirmed it today. Yes, we seen her doing her business.

This is my parents neighbor dog not sure it is male or female. It never lets you get that close to tell. Although, it is well taken care of it seems quite timid though. Comes around when we are outside certainly when we are grilling. I got a picture this week and it just sat there pose like it is a old pro at that. We think she is female with the long nose. We call her LASSIE.

(busy week)

Well, it is just Wednesday and it seems I have done the work load of a five day week already. On Monday, dad calls at 7:30am said come over and help us pick beans. The boys and I are at their house by 8:00am and picked 2 bushels of beans. Praise the Lord the harvest is coming in. We also had squash, cucumbers and zucchini to pick and a few tomatoes. I have already made squash casserole this summer at least five times. Then I cleaned out the pool had to sweep it and etc took around 2 hours and then I put the pool cover on it. I told the boys from now on this summer the cover on when we are not in it. In between pool cleaning we were breaking beans to prepare them for canning. Then Tuesday morning I was up and prepared to clean our huge deck area. It is a two story design. Well, I borrowed the power washer from my sis and her hubby. Well, after about fives hours I was finished. Our deck looks brand new. I had to quick since at 4pm had to report to work at my part-time retail job.
Thank you Lord for letting me be able to accomplish all these tasks I have succeeded in completing this week for without Thee I could not even wake up each day.

Well, this is what we have been doing in the month of June. Due to the fact our middle child had surgery in July last summer. We had the pool up for part late May and June. We did not get to swim last year much at all. We are enjoying it this year. The boys have become regular water logs let me tell you. Last week-end meaning Saturday my hubby said I have so much around the house to do. I told him big deal the years are going to fly by and you are going to wish you had spend more time just having fun with them. The chores got put off and the day of swimming and grilling out is what we did. What a blast!!!!!!!!!

We decided the chores could wait until Monday and Tuesday. Yes, believe me the grass and garden has been attended to this week. Oh!! yeah and some swimming time in between.

This is a new chain called the Cambria Suites.. Check out their website it is www.cambriasuites.com. We really enjoyed our stay here. This is by far the nicest suite we have ever stayed at.

{Week-end Getaway for our Anniversary}

{14th year and counting}

Today, is our anniversary that is our 14th wedding anniversary. We just got back from a week-end get away to Savannah, Ga. My hubby and I had a wonderful week-end. Thanks mom and dad and my little sis and brother in-law for keeping the boys. We both are so blessed to have each other and our families. We were discussing yesterday do you remember what time of the day we got married. He said I am almost positive it was 2pm. Sure enough I got out the wedding album this morning and the invitation did say 2pm.

If you have never been to Savannah, Ga there is an island there called Tybee Island. We spend most of Saturday by the ocean or in the ocean. I will post some pictures later. It was a nice get away just not long enough.
